The Person Behind the Hunt

​My name is Stephanie, founder and owner of Good Bill Hunting. I have an associates degree in general education studies and received my diploma in Medical Billing and Coding. I have 9+ years experience working in the ever-changing Medical industry. I have worked remotely for several providers in many different states. My billing knowledge varies from Hospital billing, ASC, Plastic Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neonatal care, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Naturopathic and Behavioral Health.

Over the last 3 years,  I've intentionally pivoted my focus towards mental health and acupuncture providers. Why? Because I saw a gap that needed to be filled. I noticed brilliant clinicians struggling with billing services that treated them like a number – or worse, a “Money Maker” – rather than a partner in care.

I realized that these providers didn't just need someone to push paper; they needed a partner who understands the deep responsibility of their work.  I believe providers deserve billing support as compassionate as the care they provide.

What sets me apart is the bond I form with my clients.  I'm not just in this for a quick transaction -  I'm in it for the long run.  To me, this isn't just about data entry. It's about a relationship built on transparency and trust. You will never be” left in the dark”  about the health of your business.  I include you in every step, ensuring you have total clarity on your revenue cycle.

While others might simply resubmit a rejected claim or “ adjust off’  an unpaid amount just to clear their dashboard, I take it personally. I hunt for the root cause, resolve the issue, and ensure the money you've earned actually makes it into your pocket.  You take care of the people. I'll take care of the partnership.
